We greatly enjoyed this staying. We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 1 night, nevertheless everything was great. The idea to include an electric kettle and a fridge in the superior queen room was nice. Plus it was cozy with a particularly good bathroom.

Incredibly helpful staff, traditional western size room, good and reasonably priced food, convenient location, friendly front desk staff, good facility quality.

Also, location was particularly good, within walking distance of Big City Shopping Mall. There was a good restaurant not too far away from the hotel:)))

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of Hsinchu. Plus, the 'Big City' shopping mall was just a 5-minute walk away, making it super convenient for shopping. The staff here were incredibly friendly and always had a smile on their faces. They greeted me warmly every day and made sure I had everything I needed. The service was top-notch, from dry cleaning to airport shuttle, they had it all covered. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for. The flat-screen TV and electric kettle were a nice touch. I also enjoyed the delicious food at the on-site restaurant, which was reasonably priced. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay here truly enjoyable.

This hotel is highly recommended for families and their needs are well taken care of.

My partner and I had a fantastic New Year's experience at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, and we enjoyed the comfortable beds. The breakfast selection was plentiful and delicious - we loved the fresh fruit and pastries. The location was perfect too, with many shops and restaurants nearby. We especially liked the convenience of having a pharmacy and a convenience store right across the street. One of our favorite aspects, however, was the great service provided by the friendly and helpful staff.

The only negative aspect of our stay was that the air conditioning system was central controlled, and we found that our room was often too warm. Despite calling reception, the issue could not be fully resolved.

Food was outstanding and I have nothing but pleasant memories from this trip. For a 4 star hotel everything was nice, I loved to be here. The room was well-organised and spacious with smoke detectors for my safety. It had an extremely comfy bed and included a large bathroom hair dryers, a bidet, and bath sheets. The stuff were excellant and accommodating day and night.

location: the hotel was not far from verious restaurants, and a large mall in the center of hsinchu. the room we had included a safe box, a flat-screen tv with satellite channels, and a mini-fridge-bar.

Property was extremely comfy, I truly enjoyed the stay.

We had a lovely time. The location for Hsinchu City was marvellous and unbeatable, near to numerous shops, eateries, massage parlours, banks and Hsinchu's newest shopping mall with a multiplex, and the huge mall down the street.

The room was spacious and had a nice view. the staff was friendly and always greeted me with a smile. the hotel was close to many attractions and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. the wifi was fast and reliable.

The hotel didn't offer any Easter activities or decorations, which was a bit disappointing. the breakfast buffet was not as varied as I had expected, and some of the dishes were not very tasty.

We had an amazing stay! The room was spacious and comfy, and the hotel facilities were excellent. Cleanliness was outstanding, and staff were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, with many options to choose from. This city location was perfect, close to a large mall in the center, various restaurants, and transportation.

During our stay, we found the location to be great, near a large mall down the street where we could easily buy anything we needed. The breakfast buffet was extensive, offering both Western and Asian dishes. The room was clean, spacious, and had a large bathroom with toiletries provided. The staff was helpful and fluent in English, Chinese, and Japanese. The fast and reliable Wi-Fi was impressive, and a variety of electric sockets were available for different countries. The laundry facilities and efficient car pickup service were immensely helpful.

While there were some nearby restaurants, there was not much to do within walking distance from the hotel.
